Service Philosophy
By engaging with our Digital Lab, you acknowledge that our services are built on a foundation of architectural precision. We provide high-end software solutions tailored to visionary businesses, governed by these professional standards.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise negotiated in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA), all 'Architectural Blueprints' (source code, design systems, and visual assets) created during our partnership remain the intellectual property of the Lab until final balance settlement.
Client Responsibilities
Visionary results require active collaboration. Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and necessary assets. Delays in 'Client Blueprint Approval' may result in a recalibration of the delivery timeline.
Liability & Precision
While we engineer for 'Amazing,' software is an evolving architecture. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the digital solutions once they leave our Lab environment.
Termination of Partnership
Either party may conclude the engagement with a 30-day written notice. Any 'Work in Progress' at the time of termination will be invoiced relative to the completion percentage.
